Purpose

Contract award for the refurbishment of the
Lena Gardens primary school site to Cuttles Construction
Ltd.

Decision

1.   
To note that Appendix 1 is not for publication on the basis that it
contains information relating to the financial or business affairs
of any particular person (including the authority holding that
information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972 (as amended).
 
2.   
To approve the award of the contract to refurbish
Lena Gardens to Cuttles Construction Ltd. for £829,002.50
plus 9.3% contingency of £77,253.40 (total of
£906,254.80) funded from Basic Need capital grant.
