Purpose

To enable the roll out of up to 500 Cycle
Hangars across the borough, thereby meeting our current residents'
waiting list which is 3000-strong

Decision

To award a call-off contract to
Cyclehoop Ltd, via the Waltham Forest Framework, for the provision
of up to 500 new cycle hangars over a 3-year period from 1 January
2024 to 31 March 2027, with an upper contract limit of
£3m.
