Purpose

This paper will set out the procurement
strategy for procuring minibus provision when the current contracts
end in July 2024, to ensure the continued delivery of this
service.

Decision

That
Cabinet approves the procurement strategy to run an open procedure
to establish a contract for the provision of travel care minibus
services for a period of five years from August 2024 with the
option to extend for a further two years.
