Purpose

Roof replacement/Remedials for Macbeth Centre
and Fulham Library.
 

Decision

1.        
To note that Appendix 1 is not for publication on
the basis that it contains information relating to the financial or
business affairs of any particular person (including the authority
holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A
of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

 

2.        
To approve the award of contract following a successful procurement
exercise, to the Breyers Group PLC to
undertake the
repairs and replacement roofing works for a period of six months at
the following sites:

a)   
Macbeth Centre - Macbeth Street, Hammersmith, W6
9JJ

b)   
Fulham Central Library - 598 Fulham Road, Fulham, SW6
5NX
 

3.       To note that works commence on 3rd
July 2023.
