The Cabinet Member for Community Safety approved the expansion of the Public Space Protection Order prohibiting the use of amplifiers to additional locations in the borough until June 2028. Authority was delegated to the Assistant Director of Community Safety to sign the order.

The Deputy Leader approved the opening of two 20-place SEND Units for pupils with autism at Brackenbury Primary School and Wormholt Park Primary School from September 2026. This decision supports the council's statutory responsibilities to secure sufficient school places for learners with an Education Health and Care Plan.

The Director of Planning and Property (Interim) and the Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services approved the procurement strategy for water services from 2027 to 2032. Authority was delegated to award a contract to LASER's preferred supplier through a mini-competition.

The Cabinet Member for Climate Emergency and Travel approved undertaking a borough-wide consultation on prohibiting advertising boards on the highway. A 12-month trial prohibition of advertising boards on Uxbridge Road was also approved from October 2026.

The Executive Director of Place approved instructing H&F Housing Developments Ltd to agree and enter into an Agreement for Lease and Lease documents with Gails Limited for Unit 2, Block C Civic Campus site. This will secure Gails Limited as a key tenant for the Civic Campus development.
