The Deputy Leader (responsible for Health and Social Care and Children and Education) approved the contract variation of older people’s day centre contracts to extend the term of service from 1 September 2026 to 31 January 2027 on 8 June 2026. This decision ensures continuity of provision while a redesign of community and accommodation-based services is co-produced and finalised.

The Cabinet Member for the Economy agreed to proceed with the closure and full decant from 43 Beavor Lane, enabling the lease break clause to be exercised by 30 September 2026. This decision also approves 145 King Street as the preferred site for the relocation of the CCTV Control Room, subject to further feasibility and capital approval.

The Cabinet Member for Housing and Homelessness approved a contract award to a preferred supplier for the modernisation of lifts at Lytton Estate and various Fulham sites over a maximum period of sixty-three weeks. This contract will commence as soon as allowable.
