Councillor Frances Umeh, Cabinet Member for Housing and Homelessness, approved a contract award for lift modernisation at Lytton Estate and various Fulham sites on 19/12/2025. The decision approves awarding the contract to the preferred supplier for Lot 1 and Lot 2. The contract will be for sixty-three weeks including extensions.
