Purpose

Approval sought to proceed with awarding The Access Group Ltd a contract for case management solutions Mosaic and Synergy.

Decision

1. Appendices 1 to 4, Annexes 2 and 3 are not for publication on the basis that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
2. The Executive Director for Finance and Corporate Services who has been granted the delegated authority, is asked to approve the contract award of the provision of CMSs for Adults’ and Children’s Services to the Preferred Supplier, identified in Appendix 1 (the “Preferred Supplier”) for the Contract Award Value included in Appendix 1.
