Purpose

Approval to award a contract to the supplier meeting the criteria set out in the tendering process to undertake the upgrading of lifts at Lytton Estate and various Fulham sites as necessary to ensure safe access to properties and compliance with regulations in relation to Lift Safety and Performance.

Decision

1. Appendices 1 to 5 are not for publication on the basis that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
2. 2.     To approve a contract award to the preferred supplier, in Appendix 1 to carry out the lift modernisation of Lytton Estate, Lot 1 and various Fulham sites, Lot 2 over a maximum period of sixty-three weeks, including any extensions.  The contract will be incepted as soon as allowable.
3. Identified in Appendix 1 (the “Preferred Supplier”) for the Contract Award Values included in Appendix 1 (the “Contract Award Values”).
