Purpose
Proposal to extend current restrictions covered by the PSPO on the use of sound amplification equipment in public spaces across additional areas of the borough. We have received an increasing number of reports about anti-social behaviour and noise nuisance linked to the use of amplified sound (such as loudspeakers and megaphones) in additional areas in White City, Wormholt, Conningham and Shepherd's Bush

Officers recommend Option 1, that the Cabinet Member Community Safety:
- Approves the expansion of the PSPO prohibiting the use of amplifiers, to additional locations in the borough until 23/06/2028.
- Delegates authority to sign the PSPO to the Assistant Director of Community Safety.
