Award of contract for the provision of Minibus
Travel Care and Support Services.

Decision

The Cabinet Member for Children
and Education approves:

That Appendices 1 and 2 are not for publication on
the basis that they contain information relating to the financial
or business affairs of any particular person (including the
authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as
amended).

The award of a contract to HATS Group Ltd (Olympic
South) for the provision of Travel Care minibus services from 1
August 2024 to 31 July 2029 with the option to extend for a further
two years.
