Purpose

To award a contract for parking
suspension system.

Decision

To direct award the Suspensions
system contract to Farthest Gate Limited through the G-Cloud 13
framework for a new parking suspension system. The new contract
would be for 2 years with one optional 1-year extension. The
contract cost will be £187k in the first year and then
£72k per annum. This results in a total contract value of
£331k. The contract will run not including extensions from
August 2024 to August 2026.
