Purpose

A decision is required for the award of a
contract to the identified winning bidder in relation to the
Electrical Lateral Mains Upgrade Works (22 Blocks). The estimated
budget for this contract is £3,000,000.

Decision

To agree that
Appendix 1 is not for publication on the basis that it contains
information relating to the financial or business affairs of any
person (including the authority holding that information) as set
out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972
(as amended).

 

To approve a contract
award to Vallectric Ltd for £1,985,731.70. This contract is
to carry out ‘Electrical Lateral Mains Upgrade Works’
across 22 blocks.
