It is recommended that:
The Head of Housing Development approves awarding a contract to 1st
Line Defence Limited in accordance with CSO 11.01 and 11.02 for the
amount of £1,000 + VAT for UXO survey services for the Kings
Road (N17) Car Park Development.
This appointment will support the submission of the planning
application

The Kings Road (N17) Car Park site has been
designated by Haringey Council for the direct delivery of new
Council homes. The project requires a multi-disciplinary
consultancy to manage the site from RIBA Stage 1 to 3.
