To authorise the making of the TMO for the
introduction of the Minor Works Batch 2024-03 Scheme following
statutory consultation of the proposed traffic management order
(Ref: 2024-T49 – Minor Works Batch 3) as no objections were
received.

Reasons for the decision

To improve the visibility, sightlines, safety
for pedestrians, cyclists and other road users by ensuring changes
to the parking and loading restrictions in Haringey meet required
TSR&GD 2016 regulations and ensure proposed parking follows
correct legislative processes before being amended and
enforced.
