This report recommends that the Assistant
Director of Regeneration and Economic Development:

i) Approves the award of contract for Quantity Surveyor services
for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Selby Urban Village Project to Airey
Miller Ltd for the sum of £215,800 pursuant to Contract
Standing Order 9.07.1c (Bid Acceptance & Contract Award)

i) Approve a 10% contingency of £21,580 bringing the total of
the award to £237,380 + VAT.
