About
The Call-In Sub-Committee (Education) examines decisions made by the Executive regarding education matters that have not yet been implemented and have been formally requested for review. It can refer these called-in decisions back to the decision-maker with reasons and suggested changes. In certain circumstances, if the committee believes an Executive decision conflicts with the council's policy framework or budget, it can refer the matter to the full Council for further consideration.
