Harrow Cabinet approved the re-tendering of liability, property, and terrorism insurance contracts on 09/07/2026. Authority was delegated to the Strategic Director of Finance, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Highways, to award these contracts. The new contracts will commence on 1 April 2027 for a period of five years.

The Cabinet approved the Revenue & Capital Budget Outturn Report for 2025-26 on 09/07/2026. The report noted the revenue and capital outturn positions and approved proposed additions and amendments to the Capital Programme. The Cabinet also approved the business plans for Concilium Assets LLP and Sancroft Community Care Limited.

The Cabinet decided to approve the award of a contract to Taranto Systems Limited for a Parking Management Information System. This decision was made on 09/07/2026. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Strategic Director of Culture, Environment and Economy to agree final contract terms and approve any extension options.

The Cabinet of Harrow Council approved the Treasury Management Annual Outturn Report for 2025/26 on 09/07/2026. The report noted the treasury management outturn position for the financial year.

The Cabinet of Harrow Council approved recommendations for the Crisis and Resilience Fund 2026-2029 on 09 July 2026. The council agreed to receive the grant, approve the proposed allocation approach, and authorise officers to finalise the delivery plan. This includes plans for crisis payments, housing support, resilience services, and community coordination.
