About
The Human Resources Committee provides a strategic overview of the Council's human resources policies, ensuring they support the delivery of the corporate strategy. It is responsible for appointing chief officers and recommending the appointment of the Head of Paid Service to the relevant authority for final decision by Full Council. The committee's full responsibilities are detailed in Part 2, Section E of the Council's Constitution.
