Purpose

To secure necessary ICT infrastructure, support and security services of Havant Borough Council, as procured, and as agreed by Cabinet.

Decision

To negotiate terms and conditions, and formally authorise sealing of the contract with Exponential-e, for the provision of ICT infrastructure, support and security services, in accordance with the delegation from Cabinet on this matter, agreed 11 September 2024. This is being done in consultation with the Cabinet Lead and s151 Officer.
