Purpose
In order
to deliver the strategic commissioning programme, specialist
resource is required through agencies to meet deadlines and key
milestones.
Decision
To
authorise the Executive Head of Internal Services to enter into a
contract with Hays PLC via the ESPO framework to supply temporary
agency staff to support the strategic commissioning
programme.
