Purpose

The
managed print service contract remains necessary, and is within
budget. There is no driver to change supplier, and this extension
supports other work to mobilise a new general ICT solutions
provider.
 
 

Decision

To agree
extension of the managed print contract, between Havant Borough
Council and Siemens Financial Services, for 2 years, via Memorandum
of variation. Other terms continue.
 
This
extension will run from 18 April 2025 to 17 April 2027.
