Purpose

The
Council was awarded One Public Estate (OPE) grant funding of
£120,000 under phase 10 to develop a comprehensive options
appraisal for the Leigh Park centre area. To explore the
consolidation and development of public estate, to create a new
multi-purpose community facility and release land for much needed
