Purpose

In regard to the future exit from the 5Cs Corporate Services contract with
Capita, Havant Borough Council have engaged a new managed services
provider for ICT. This arrangement requires procurement of new
supportive facilities for internet services.
 
 

Decision

To
undertake a direct award for inter site (WAN) and data access
services to Exponential-e Limited under framework RM6116. Term to
be 3 years with option to extend for 1 further year.
