Purpose

The
application for the Emsworth Residents Forum is considered to meet
the requirements of The Neighbourhood Planning (General)
Regulations 2012. No objections have been received to the
application and no alternative group has applied to cover the same
area.
 

Decision

To confirm
the Emsworth Residents Forum as the
Neighbourhood Forum for Neighbourhood Planning Purposes, for a
period of 5 years from the date of this decision coming into
force.
