Purpose

The Go
Vocal tool (previously known as Citizenlab) has been used extensively since being
introduced in May 2022 and has aided the inclusivity and diversity
of corporate engagement exercises as a digital tool by improving
access to those unable to engage with physical engagement events or
activities.
 
 

Decision

To approve
the renewal of the contract for the Go Vocal digital engagement
tool up to 28 May 2026.
