Purpose

During
mobilisation, the full and final requirements for equipment in the
comms room has been confirmed. Procurement and commissioning of
this requires an agreed variation to the contract.
 

Decision

To engage
our appointed ICT provider, Exponential-e, in the purchase and
installation of additional equipment in the Comms Room at Havant
Borough Council. This to be applied by a contract variation to the
original contract, based on revised operational and technical
requirements.
