RESOLVED that Cabinet
 
1        
delegate authority to the Section 151 Officer to
amend Appendix A and C, to record the freeze to the fees for
resident owned beach huts at the current rates for the municipal
year 2026/2027.

 
2        
approve the Fees & Charges schedule for 2026/27
as detailed in Appendix A & C.
