Purpose

In order
to ensure a successful migration to the new ICT supplier,
additional works for onboarding were required, leading to an agreed
variation to the contract.
 
 

Decision

To engage our appointed ICT provider,
Exponential-e, in additional Senior Solutions Consultants
Professional Services days used over onboarding period at Havant
Borough Council. This to be applied by a contract variation to the
original contract, based on required operational and technical
implementation.
