Purpose

The
Coastal service at Havant Borough Council have undergone a direct
award to appoint Haskoning UK Ltd
through the Coastal, Flood & Infrastructure Professional
Services Framework. The appointment of Haskoning was via the
work development justification as they have
previously undertaken work in this area on behalf of Hayling
Golf Club, which they will build upon through these
works.
 
The works
will be undertaken in 2026 with a view to have a design (if Phase 3
of the works is instructed), ready for construction in Summer/
Autumn 2027.
 
 

Decision

To award a
contract to Haskoning UK Ltd for
consultancy design works with a value of up to £118,000.00
over 3 phases.  Contract value for Phase
1 (current Scope) is £13,500.00 exc VAT.
