Purpose

The spending of Community Infrastructure Levy is governed by the CIL Regulations and the Havant Borough Council CIL Spending Protocol 2025.

Decision

To seek authorisation from the Strategic Planning Manager to confirm reallocation of identified CIL funds from Project 359 to Project 355, up to the amount of £14,053.60:

·       Project 355, Extension of kerbside railings in Baybridge Road outside Sharps Copse School

·       Project 359, Dragon’s Teeth or tree planting – St Albans Road, West Leigh, Havant
