Purpose

With many changes to employment law approaching, plus with Local Government Reorganisation on the horizon, this subscription ensures the team has access to up-to-date legal advice, compliant policy wording and associated resources (i.e. template letters) and also a helpline for any specific queries that may arise. This will reduce the risk of non-compliance and improve productivity when updating documents.

Procured a subscription to a portal (“CIPD HR Inform”) that provides legally compliant policy / letter templates, an advice helpline / chat facility and employment law updates.
