Purpose

Coastal Partners has been using the Construction Industry Standards (CIS) Core license for a number of years as a reference point to review industry standards when undergoing projects and continues to require access to the standards going forward.  The decision was made to renew for a period of 3 years to take our membership through LGR and to secure cost savings for HBC and CP.

Decision

A decision is required to renew the Accuris CIS Core license for use by Coastal Partners for a period of 3 years, total value of £48,051, each year payable annually in advance.
