Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet;

1        Approve the adoption of:

a.          Beach Hut Policy as outlined in Appendix A,

b.          Allotments Policy as outlined in Appendix B,

c.           Herbicide Policy as outlined in Appendix C,

2                 Delegate authority to the Strategic Director of Growth & Place, following consultation with the Cabinet Lead of Public Realm, to make minor, non-material amendments to the policies as required.
