RESOLVED

that Cabinet:

1)     Agree to give notice to East Hampshire District Council for the provision of Geographic Information System and Street Name and Numbering Service provision.

2)     Delegate authority to the Assistant Director, Strategy & Performance to ensure appropriate arrangements for an in-house provision are made within the existing budget framework for the provision of Geographic Information System services.

3)     Delegate authority to the Assistant Director, Strategy & Performance to agree the final terms and sign any documents for the Street Name and Numbering service provision to be provided by the existing Building Control Partnership, or if no agreement can be reached, to make provision for the service to be provided in-house or by an appropriate partner.
