Purpose

The Autumn Beach Nourishment Campaign will help reinstate the beach profile in front of the properties at Eastoke in preparation for the winter period. The Contractor has provided a purchase order to carry out works in September and October 2026 under the existing NEC4 contract.

The works will involve recycling beach material from Gunner Point, the Open Beaches and the Coastguard area along the South Hayling frontage back to Eastoke.

Decision

A decision has been made to enter into a Task Order with Les Searle under the existing NEC Contract for the provision of the Hayling Island Autumn Beach Nourishment Campaign. Total value of £92,636.
