RESOLVED that Cabinet:

  1. Consider the joint report of the Monitoring Officer under s.5A(3)(a) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 and the S151 Officer under s.114 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988.
  2. Agree the proposed remedial action plan attached at Appendix 3.
