Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet:

1. Agree that Havant Borough Council join the Chichester Harbour National Landscape Partnership, under the terms of the agreement tabled, subject to ratification by all other constituent councils.
2. Delegate authority to the Strategic Director of Growth & Place, following consultation with the Cabinet Lead, to agree and sign the final partnership agreement.
3. Approve nomination of two councillors to serve on the advisory committee, and that those be the same as the councillors nominated to the Chichester Harbour Conservancy.
