RESOLVED that Cabinet:

1                Note the Quarter 1 Revenue and Capital Budget Monitoring Report including the Prudential Indicators, Savings and Efficiencies Programme, and progress against the Corporate Strategy Delivery Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for 2026/27.

2                Endorse the management actions set out within the report and confirms assurance that appropriate mitigations are in place to manage the forecast financial position.

3                Notes the forecast delivery of Savings and Efficiencies for 2026/27 and endorses the management actions in place to achieve the remaining savings and efficiencies targets.
