Purpose

The s215 notice was served on the owner on the 27th February 2020 with the notice taking effect on 28th March 2020.

The notice was not complied with therefore the matter was taken to court.

The Council proceeded with direct action. Due to personal circumstances the house was then sold, and the fee of the direct action was paid to the Council.

The new owners have complied with the steps of the s215 notice. Therefore, the Council is satisfied for the s215 notice to be quashed.

Decision

The officer decision is to withdraw the Section 215 Notice served on 27 February 2020 to 38 Roundway, Waterlooville, PO7 7QD, following compliance with the steps required by the notice and payment of the Council’s direct-action costs.
