Purpose

The
site was visited by on 14th June
2024.
 
Though significantly reduced in the past, the tree is of good
form and apparently good condition – the leaf mass is a
consistent deep green and has good density.
 
The
tree has good visibility from the busy Park Lane to the front, and
multiple properties overlook it form the opposite side. There is a
potential for it to be damaged through a proposed development
on the site which will bring structures closer to the stem base and
impact the rooting area.

Authorisation of the making of the
Provisional Tree Preservation Order 2139 (2024) at 57 Park Lane,
Bedhampton, Havant, PO9 3HQ.
 
Subject
to confirmation after 28 days consultation.
