Purpose

To ask
Norse South East to procure the additional module from Bartec in
order to implement and allow for an additional customer facing
solution for recording and processing service requests.  This will reduce administrative costs through
encouraging channel shift, reducing errors in case handling and
speed up case processing times for customers.
 
 

Decision

To approve the purchase of a Resident's Portal
addition to the Collective system, provided by Bartec Municipal
Services through our contract with Norse South East, to allow waste
management requests to be reported directly into the system via the
Council website and used by back-office staff.
