Purpose

The Council needs to
ensure that replacement system is in place before Pay360 contract
ends, to ensure the Council income is all receipted correctly and
accounted for, and critical public services continue to be
delivered.
 

Decision

To sign the contract for
the provision of new payment receipting portal provided by
Windcave. This system will be replaced
as a part of on-going implementation of new finance management
system and will replace similar functionalities provided by Pay360.
Contract with pay 360 is due to end by July 2025.
