Purpose

The tree is an early mature
Blue Atlas Cedar that although affected by the prevailing south
westerly winds it currently offers high public amenity value to
both walkers along the path and users of Chichester
Harbour.
The tree
will continue to develop in this location and the public amenity
will increase along with this growth.

I hereby authorise the
making of the Provisional Tree Preservation Order (2142)
2024 at Creek Cottage, 41 Beach Road, Emsworth , PO10 7HR
