Decision

The
appointment of MA Cost Consulting Ltd (MAC), an external
consultant, to support HBC with delivering an initial feasibility
exercise on the viability of a conversion of 54 Stockheath Road Road to
a HMO. They will also compile the
necessary surveys etc prior to compiling and submitting a change of
use planning application. The final phase will include the
consultant producing a schedule of works which will be tendered,
before appointing a contractor and overseeing and managing the
works through to completion.
