Purpose

To
formally allocate and permit expenditure of Neighbourhood CIL Funds
for the additional funds required to fully fund the lighting aspect
of the project known as ‘DDA Compliant Path with Lighting
Gauntletts Park’. The £15,000 allocated in addition to
the £74,268 of CIL previously allocated.
 

Decision

To support
allocation of Neighbourhood CIL Funds totalling £15,000 from
funds available to 31 March 2025 (in addition to the £74,268
previously allocated). The granting of these funds is conditional:
Of the total sum granted of £15,000, this includes a
£10,000 contingency within the overall project estimate, and
it is agreed with Hampshire County Council that this will be
hypothecated and returned to Havant Borough Council if the
contingency is not required, leaving a net contribution of
£5,000
