Purpose

To sign
an Inter Authority Agreement (IAA) on behalf of Havant Borough
Council entering the Council into an arrangement with all
Partnership for South Hampshire (PfSH) Authorities enabling them to
benefit from the Local Nutrient Mitigation Fund (LNMF).
