Purpose

Under the delegation of service performance powers has delegated authority to approve and as per the Scheme of Delegation Section A

The Capital Bid for 2024/25 agreed at Full Council on 28th February 2024 it was agreed that the project team move forward with the procurement of the works around the A to B Project. The procurement process was started in early March 2024 through the sub-FTS (Finder Tender Service) as an ITT (Invitation to Tender) 

Decision

To sign the contract for the provision of furniture for the Civic Plaza Building Block A to B Project. The A to B project is an internal staff move, consolidating all HBC staff currently residing in A block to the B block at the Plaza.
