Purpose

Under the Scheme of Delegation Section A13 Effective Working, the Service Manager – Facilities and Resilience is delegated power to discharge all the Councils functions relating to the provision of the full range of property services appropriate and to provide all necessary items required to ensure the buildings are fit for purpose.

The Capital Bid for 2024/25 agreed at Full Council on 28th February 2024 it was agreed that the project team move forward with the procurement of the works around the A to B Project. The procurement process was started in early March 2024 through the sub-FTS (Finder Tender Service) as an ITT (Invitation to Tender) 

Decision

To sign the contract for the provision of I.T equipment for the Civic Plaza Building block A to B Project. The A to B project is an internal staff move, consolidating all HBC staff currently residing in A block to the B block at the Plaza.
