Purpose

Under the Delegation of Service performance Powers (see attached) condition 3. The delegated authority sits with S151 for spend over £100K.

The Solent Seascape Project (SSP) Partner Funding Agreement is required to be signed in order to obtain the overall grant of £114,488.00 to undertake saltmarsh restoration at Langstone Village.

Initially an agreement was signed for a funding amount of £86K however further funding has now been acquired therefore a further agreement has been created to reflect this.

Decision

The decision is required by S151 to enter into agreement with Blue Marine Foundation to undertake saltmarsh restoration at a total value of £114K.

Under the Delegations of Service Performance Powers S151 has delegated authority to approve.
